Do I need to bring anything with me?
No, we provide everything you need.
If the course includes a kit you will receive this on the training day.
A hard copy of the manual will be given to you to keep and make notes etc.
Do I need to bring my own model?
No, you will either work on each other or we will arrange a model for you.
If you would prefer to bring your own model that is also fine, please let us know at the time of booking.
Is lunch included?
No, we provide all light refreshments including lunch, water, tea, coffee etc.
When do I receive my certificate?
All our courses except eyelash extensions and VTCT, the certificate is given on the day after the practical has been completed.
With our eyelash extension courses you have to complete case studies before your certificate is sent.
VTCT certificates are issued by VTCT which can take up to 21 days to arrive.
Is there free parking or local transport?
We offer free parking, or we are a 20-30 minute walk from the main Reading train station.
What happens on the day?
Most of our courses start at 10:30am.
In the morning we go through the theory of the treatment.
Break for lunch
In the afternoon you will be shown a demo of the treatment, and then you will complete the treatment on a human model.
Once the practical has been completed we will have a Q & A and you will receive your certificate.
Do I still get support after the training day?
Yes, you get ongoing support. We find you might have questions once you start offering the treatment.
We have created an online portal for students to log in and watch videos, the training manual, images etc.
We also offer webinars and live Facebook questions.
We also offer 1 to 1 video call if you are really struggling.
